In January 2013 I have the unique opportunity to exhibit in New York on invitation. For the transferr of my paintings to New York and the New Collectors' Book I desided to start a crowdfunding. Because shipping or transferring Fine Art is very expensive. Besides that I want to be there at the opening of the exhibition at Exposition@WN Gallery in New York and join in 'The New Collectors Book'. My art is an other form of communicating. It can make people aware and give them joy. My art is for everyone, so it has to go around the world.

I am back!
The exhibition runs... yes I made it and got to New York to be there at the opening on the 5th of January. The crowdfunding was a big succes and so was the opening of the exhibition at Ward Nasse Gallery in Soho.
Last 5 days...
Still you can donate on the Project. We reached 80% and want to go to the 100%! We can succeed together, I am sure of that!!!
2 Weeks
Two weeks gone by. The result is very good 65% ! We we are not quiet there. It gets harder to reach people. The first update for sponsors only with a little backstage film is on the Crowd Fund page. If you whish a English copy of the text please send me an email.
1 Week
The first week is over and it all went super! We are now on € 1430,- (23%) and 26 days to go...
Yesterday was a quiet day that made me feel nervous: there need to be more sponsors! But maybe it has something to do with the fact I was attending an Art Exhibition 'De Nationale Kunstdagen / Kunst & Living' in the Ahoy in Rotterdam past 2 weekend days. Away to speak with people who like my art... many opportunities for performing and exhibit in Germany.

The 1st day
At noon on the 6th November the page was put online and soon the money came in. Such an exiting moment... We closed the day with 4%.
Start up - Bride & Monks to New York accepted on voordekunst.nl YES!
My crowdfund project Bride & Monks is accepted for putting on the crowdfund page of voordekunst.nl and today I got the url to my project. In time for the interview tomorrow with the newspaper tomorrow at 11.00 in the morning.
So tonight I will work steady on to get all my idea's together for the site and newspaper as well for the film. This short movie is supposed to go on my crowdfund page.
New York - New York?
It is like Murphys' Law... in NY the Hurricane Sandy came across... Brooklyn, Williamsburg, NY Grand Ferry Park at high tide. Hope that nobody is hurt furthermore.
